Return Policy

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CAREFULLY CHECKING ALL PRODUCT INFORMATION (INCLUDING PRODUCT MODEL, SPECIFICATION AND PRICE) BEFORE ORDERING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

IF THE CUSTOMER STILL WANTS TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND, THE COMPANY'S RELEVANT ARRANGEMENTS AND TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

EXCHANGE

Product ordered by the customer needs to be replaced, the customer must apply for a replacement within seven days of successful payment. If a replacement is required, please contact the customer service staff.

Requests for replacements are only applicable under the following circumstances:

(A) The goods received are not the goods on the customer's order;

(B) There is an operational problem with the product received.

(C) If the product has not been shipped, the customer can replace it with another product of the same amount, or add money to purchase other products. If the purchased product is less than the order amount, the difference will not be made up.

When returning or exchanging all products, please return the replaced product together with the original receipt, otherwise we will not be able to handle the exchange procedures for you.

All products that have been opened or damaged by others cannot be replaced.

Unless it is an error in the delivery of the store, no shipping fee will be refunded, and any shipping fees incurred during the return and exchange process shall be borne by the customer.

Remarks:

*The replacement procedure takes about one week to process (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned product), and we will send the new product requested by the customer only after we have received the original product. The customer service department will notify the customer of the details*

*Any electronic product purchased can be guaranteed to be replaced within one month if there is any problem. If there is any problem with the product, you need to go to the store to replace it by yourself*

*All non-electronic products are not guaranteed. If it is damaged due to mail/SF Express/express delivery, our store will not be responsible, please pay attention*

Refund

If the buyer suddenly requests to cancel the order and refund after successful payment, please forgive us and the company will make the following arrangements:

(i) For all refund arrangements, if the buyer requests to cancel the order, the company will charge 30% of the total transaction amount of each refund order or not less than $250 as an administrative and handling fee, which will be directly charged to the customer deducted from the refund;

(ii) If the product has been sent or is in transit, and the buyer requests cancellation and refund, the company will arrange the refund after the product is returned to the company;

At the same time, buyers need to pay in full the transportation costs incurred by the company for sending and taking back the goods, and will deduct 30% of the total transaction amount or no less than $250 for each refund arrangement as administrative and handling fees;

(iii) If the customer pays by credit card, the credit card company/bank will charge a handling fee, which will be directly deducted from the refund by the relevant credit card company/bank.

It is not collected by the company, and the final refund amount will be based on the total amount returned by the credit card company/bank.

The customer must agree to all the above arrangements and terms before the company will handle the replacement or refund procedures, otherwise it will not be processed.
